1. Community Support Only
Lama Sparsha Foundation provides community support, education, and referrals. We are not a law firm, hospital, insurance company, bank, or government agency.
2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
We will try our best to help, but results cannot be guaranteed. Our services are intended to provide guidance and support but do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
3. Member Verification
Membership benefits are for verified members only. We may request documentation to protect the community. All new members must complete an 11-day activation period before accessing foundation facilities and services.
4. Safety First
In life-threatening emergencies, call local emergency services first (e.g., 911 in the US). Sparsha Foundation helpline is for community support, not emergency response.
5. Membership and Fees
Membership to Lama Sparsha Foundation requires a monthly fee of $5.00 USD. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge this amount to your chosen payment method.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable
- Membership duration: 365 days from activation
- Refunds are not provided for partial periods of service
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
6. Code of Conduct
Members must:
- Be respectful and honest
- No scams, fraud, or false claims
- No harassment or discrimination
- No misuse of emergency funds
- No threats or intimidation
- Follow community rules
Violation may lead to: Warning → Suspension → Permanent ban
7. Emergency Fund Terms
Access to emergency fund assistance is subject to eligibility requirements and availability. Emergency fund assistance is approval-based and depends on proof documentation. Not all members will qualify, and approval is at our sole discretion.
8. Third-Party Services
We may refer members to third parties (lawyers, doctors, landlords, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party actions, prices, or outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sparsha Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.
- Decisions made based on our guidance
- Outcomes of referrals to third-party services
- Actions or inactions of members
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership for violation of these terms, abuse of services, or any conduct we deem harmful to our organization or community.
11. Changes to Terms
Policies may be updated. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
